Am I really locked in the room?

Yes but No.

The door is magnetically locked and there is an exit button available at all times. If the exit button is pressed, the door opens but the game clock will not stop. You can return to your team at any time.  

 

How many people can play?

Our booking software is set to allow bookings of 2 to 8 people. While there is always an optimal number of team members (every escape room is different) we can and frequently do accommodate larger teams and corporate groups. Call us at 386-530-3500 to find out how.

 

Will our escape room game be private?

Yes.  All games are private; just book your time with all of your players' information and your group will be the only ones in the room.

Do I need any special knowledge or skills?

WildPuzzle's challenges and puzzles do not require any outside knowledge to play. Everything you need is in the room. Solutions usually do require outside the box thinking, intuitive reasoning, and logic.

 

Can we just walk in or do I need a reservation?

Reservations are required.

Check our booking listings to see available booking times.  Online bookings require reservations two hours prior to the start time.  Special timing and additional days may be available for large groups.

 

I would like a time that is not listed, can anything be done?

Yes. We will try very hard to accommodate your group. Simply call us or text and let us know what you need: 386-530-3500.

 

Are your rooms appropriate for kids?

Yes! There are no "adult themes" in our escape rooms. However keep in mind that the games and puzzles are designed to be challenging! Younger children will probably find most aspects of the puzzles to be difficult. You know your children best. Call us if you have any questions: 386-530-3500.  

 

Can I reschedule or cancel for a refund?

Because this is a live experience we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations. We can reschedule your appointment to another available time with 24 hour notice. Again...the pattern continues: Simply call us and let us know: 386-530-3500.

 

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled game time to allow for a friendly welcome and a helpful orientation. We try to ensure that all scheduled games begin on time.  Should you run late, depending on the day's schedule, you may have less time in which to complete your adventure. 

Can we use our phones in the room?

No use of cameras or phones is allowed in the room-- you will have fun without them! 

There will be plenty of photo opportunities in the lobby to celebrate.
